Are You Ready For A Harvest?

Are you tired of being in lack? Are you ready for a harvest in your life?

A child of God should never have to tolerate insufficiency in any area. If you’re sick God has provided healing. If you’re depressed God has provided joy. If you’re confused God has provided wisdom. 2 Peter 1:3 says that through the knowledge of Christ we receive everything that pertains to life and godliness.  We get our knowledge of Him through our study of the Bible therefore the time we spend with Him is vital to our provision. Your healing has been made available. Your deliverance has been made available. Your authority over this physical realm has been made available. EVERYTHING that pertains to life and godliness has been made available. A new job has been made available, promotion has been made available.  In order to TAKE that provision you must have knowledge of HIM. What keeps us from taking that provision? So many people simply don’t know ...they are ignorant of this promise. Ignorance has cost them their harvest. People are destroyed for lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6) God made it ALL available 2,000 years ago but people are not taking it because they don’t know about it. This scripture says EVERYTHING you need to prosper in this life has been provided through the knowledge of Christ...everything would include your health and your financial provision.

As believers it’s time to dominate! Too many Christians have allowed the world to convince them that it’s God’s will for them to be broke, sick and walk in lack. God has already promised us more than enough to do what He has called us to do. It has never been God’s will for us to live a life of insufficiency. Think about it. Jesus took two fish and five loaves of bread and fed 5,000 people. (Matthew 14:14-21) This is how Jesus responds to insufficiency. He lifted up the little He had and gave thanks to the Lord for what He had. God took that little and turned it into more than enough and had some left over. We don’t serve a God of a little bit. When we thank God for the little we have HE MULTIPLIES IT! Gratitude is the KEY that opens that door to provision. Psalm 100:4 says we enter the gates of Heaven with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.

The Bible declares that we are blessed. To be “blessed” means that you are empowered to have success in every arena of life. Once God blesses you it can’t be reversed. Do you remember the Old Testament story of the sorcerer Balaam and King Balak of Moab? King Balak commissioned Balaam to curse the Jews but Balaam found himself incapable of cursing them. Instead, he bestowed on the Jews four tremendous blessings, some of which we even recite in our prayers today. Balaam refused to speak what God did not speak and would not curse the Israelites, even though King Balak of Moab offered him money to do so (Numbers 22–24). So we see through this story that NOTHING in this world can put to stop the empowerment to prosper that God has put on you. YOU are the only one who can make it look like you’re not blessed by not taking what He has already made available to you. You have to decide to stay in lack, to walk in insufficiency. You have to decide not to do what the Holy Spirit put in your heart to do. He gave you a revelation, an idea and it is your choice to listen to the naysayers who say you can’t do that or listen to the word of God that says you can. YOU are the only one who can deny yourself of the empowerment that God has already deposited on the inside of you to prosper. Jesus is finished! You keep trying to get Jesus to do something. He’s done!!! He’s already done it! He has already provided EVERYTHING you need pertaining to life and godliness. There are only two things you have to do: the first thing is to be informed of it and get the knowledge of it. The second thing is that you must understand how to withdraw it into manifestation.

What happens when what He has promised manifests in your life?  It’s called GLORY.

I now announce an increase in GLORY over YOUR life. I announce that the manifestations of God’s glory is about to stand up in your life and you’re going to receive ideas, insights and revelations. Doors are going to open for you. You’re going to get houses you did not build, wells you did not dig and vineyards you did not plant. The favor of God is going to escort you into the place that God has called you.  He has called you into the Promised Land... a land overflowing with supply. When people ask you “how did you get there” you are going to respond "THIS is the Lord’s doing.” HE must get the glory!

Ephesians 1:3 says “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who hath blessed us with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:” Notice “blessed” is past tense here...not going to, not will. He has ALREADY blessed us! Do you believe it? Do you believe you are already blessed?  Proverbs 28:20 says “A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.”  Proverbs 10:22 says The blessing of the Lord brings [true] riches, And He adds no sorrow to it (for it comes as a blessing from God).” Rich means more than enough supply to get the job done. In other words, men who get rich and the wealth is not because of the blessing they have sorrow, sweat and fear. The blessing of the Lord makes you truly rich. Truly rich means there is nothing missing and nothing broken. You see, you can be rich and be dying of a disease. You can be rich and have broken relationships with your family. You can have money and be depressed. That is not truly rich.

The blessing of the Lord is when there is nothing missing and nothing broken, including your provisions. You are not rich because you have money in the bank. God is not concerned with the money in your bank account. He is concerned with the wholeness in your life. He does not want you worrying about how you are going to pay your bills. Worrying over financial matters robs you of your health! God is calling us to TRUST Him in every area of our lives. As Christians we trust God with our salvation, but are not trusting Him with our financial provision and with our physical healing. We receive healing and financial deliverance the same way we receive eternal salvation. Ephesians 2:8-9 says that salvation came by grace through faith in Christ.

“Sozo” is the Greek word for salvation and means wholeness. We are whole spiritually, mentally and physically.  Romans 10:9 says “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dad you shall be saved" (sozo). Matthew 9:22 says “But Jesus turning and seeing her said ‘daughter take courage and your faith has made you well ‘(sozo) and at once the woman was made well. (sozo). Romans 6:14 says “Sin shall have no dominion over you; for you are not under the law, but under grace.”

So we can conclude through scripture that when a person is saved it means they are not only healed spiritually, but also given freedom from the curse of sickness and from the curse of lack. We are saved from death, we are saved from sickness, we are saved from lack. We are SAVED from it ALL!

Understanding how God’s promises are manifested will cause them to become evident in your life. Operating in the biblical principles of provision will yield a guaranteed harvest. Everything that grace has made available to you has been put in a seed for you. Your healing, your deliverance has been put in the seed of God’s word. Do you need a harvest? Go to the Bible, get the seed of the word, plant it in your heart and it will grow and produce a harvest in your life.

God Bless You!

In Christ, Sherry :-)
