14 Days of Prayer: Day 9

Good Morning Sisters,

Praising Jesus for a very powerful night of prayer! Leah spoke God’s truth! She encouraged us to seek God, stretch our faith and place God first in our lives. 

We are embarking on a season where the kingdom of God is going to invade young people like never before! God is going to do something so great with this generation that it’s going to blow our minds. There is a sound coming forth out of the hearts of our young people. It is the sound of REVIVAL. Revival is going to break out all over the world. During this next season we will see answers to prayers that have gone up on behalf of youth everywhere. We heard many of those prayers last night. God is raising up young people from all over the world to impact nations for His kingdom. We can clearly see this in our own ministry. We had many of them on the call last night. He is pouring out His spirit on them and anointing them to fulfill their destinies. 

The Lord is pouring out His favor on young people in this season like never before. He is raising them in such an extraordinary way. They will begin to move with powerful and creative anointings that will be unlike anything the church has ever seen. There is a powerful force of prayer that is coming forth out of our youth. They will begin to rise and come together to pray and intercede. 

This is a Caleb and Joshua generation. The Bible says that Joshua and Caleb “has another spirit” (Numbers 14:24). This spirit caused them to rise up and take possession of a promise that was given to their forefathers many generations ago. This generation will rise up as Joshua and Caleb did. The generation spearheaded by Joshua and Caleb was a warrior generation, a radical generation that had great success in war. They are not afraid to confront and conquer. This generation will conquer in the same way.  They will not be afraid to speak to the forces of darkness that have plagued our society.

They are worshippers, a generation seeking God’s heart.  We could hear it in Leah’s prayers last night. He is igniting a passion inside of them that cannot be quenched. They will be a great filling of he Holy Spirit, a filling like we have never seen. 

They will demonstrate an ability to unite in such a way that will set a standard that the world must recognize. The Lord is raising up an army whose cadence will be His heartbeat. 

As we heard their cries last night we cover them in prayer. We rejoice for the great things that God is going to do for and through our children. 

I believe that this time of quarantine is essential for their preparation. He has brought them out from the busy (buried under Satan’s yoke) world into a time of intimacy with Him. This is a radical generation of youth that will take the kingdom by force. (Matthew 11:12)

When the Lord first called me into ministry over a decade ago He showed me this army of young people that would rise. He is sending many of them to us to teach, train, prepare and equip. This is one of the major calls of our ministry. As I listened to Leah pray last night and I saw the young hearts that were so intentionally seeking Him I knew the revival had begun. I am praising Him this morning as we are SO incredibly thankful to be part of it. 

Tonight is our 9th day. The number 9 in the Bible symbolizes divine completeness or conveys the meaning of finality. Christ died at the 9th hour of the day, or 3 pm to make the way of salvation open to everyone. The number 9 also represents the fruits of God's Holy Spirit, which are faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, joy, kindness, long suffering, love, peace and self-control. The Lord is speaking to us sisters. May our hearts be open to receive.
