14 Days of Prayer Part 2: Day 11

Good Morning Sisters,

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him and bless His name! (Psalm 100:4)

The Lord inhabits the praises of His people! The Lord woke me up at 4:37 this morning. I heard him say "Position yourself in PRAISE." It was no accident that Tracey, who has a gift for the prophetic, was chosen by the Lord to lead prayer last night. She gave us the Word for this next season...PRAISE! Christ is risen. It is finished. The cross changed everything. It changed our position. Our position is now thanksgiving and praise. I've been asking the Lord where our ministry is to go from here as this Thursday is our 14th day. I believe He wants us to PRAISE Him for the final 14 days. We will take a 3 day break after Thursday and start or 14 days on Monday, April 29th and end Saturday, May 3rd.

There will be no recaps during during these final 14 days. Our focus will be solely on HIM, thanking Him and praising Him as our lives are forever changed.

As we look back on these prayer calls we can see God's hand in every intricate detail. It's like a big puzzle coming together. Proverbs 16:9 says "We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps." 14 days in 3's. The first 14 days He set the stage, the second 14 days He has been preparing our hearts, and the final 14 days He is sealing His Word in us through praise. In this new era we have just entered we will NOT be able to depend on our head knowledge anymore. We must be guided by the Holy Spirit. We cannot go back to our old ways of thinking. We must walk closely with Him, listening to the Holy Spirit to guide our steps.

Our posture is no longer "asking" but "praising". This is why the Lord told Tracey "I know the desires of your heart, now PRAISE Me." And He said it ON Resurrection Day, the day it ALL changed for the believer. Our position has changed from the focus being on ourselves (inward...asking) to the focus being on HIM (outward...praising). This is what positions the church for the billion soul harvest and all that is to come in these last days.

The Lord knows the desires of our hearts. He wants us to praise Him. That is a challenge in today’s busy world. We are buried under Satan’s yoke (busy) and are consumed with ourselves and our own calendars and agendas. It’s hard for us to sit still and listen. We seem to always be in motion. One of the great blessings of this time of quarantine is that it has forced us to slow down. It has forced us to be still. The Lord wants us to use this time wisely. What He wants to pour into our hearts we are going to need for what lies ahead. My grandma was very grounded in God’s Word and she used to tell me…”you’ve got two ears and one mouth. Listen to God twice as much as you talk to Him. He’s got a lot to tell you.”

Tracey shared a list of songs with us last night that the Lord placed on her heart (below). Christian music has the anointing of the Holy Spirit Himself on it. It is directly worshiping and talking about God Himself rather than our problems. It has a completely different effect on your mind and emotions than the other kinds of music will have. Has a very uplifting effect on both your mind, emotions, and energy levels, especially if you have gone through a very rough day and you are feeling a bit down or under a lot of mental and emotional stress. Good, anointed Christian music will refresh you, calming your emotions and recharging your energy levels. It brings you back into a more positive state of mind. It will also help drive away any demons who may be trying to harass you and oppress you from the outside. It will change the entire atmosphere in your house, car or anywhere you are.

As we wield words of adoration and gratitude...often spoken as songs...HEAVEN IS ACCESSED, and an audience with our Father is granted. We don’t need a key or a letter of invitation to enter God’s courts...all we need is a SONG!

Where is SONG first mentioned in the Bible? Exodus 15. Musical instruments before this but not words.  “I will sing to the Lord, for he has triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea. The Lord is my strength and my song and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will exalt Him. The Lord is a man of war; the Lord is His name.” (Exodus 15:1-3). In this song of victory, Moses declared God was his song of strength.

Singing to Him opens your heart and enlarges your life with His wonder. Worshiping changes your perspective. Do you ever feel overwhelmed by life? Go behind closed doors and sing and dance until you sense God covering your situation. Arrest the atmosphere with worship. Marinate in it. When traveling you should pray over your room. When you praise and worship you can experience the atmosphere of heaven no matter where you are on earth. AS WE SING GOD IS MAGNIFIED. His dominion is declared over our situation. Our hearts begin to swell with his courage as they overflow with gratitude.
