14 Days of Prayer: Day 5

Good Afternoon Sisters,

What a blessing it was to pray with you last night! So thankful to have so many on the call. Zoom worked great! I do wish we would have had 10 minutes more, but the calls are limited to 40 minutes and automatically cut off.  Since we are limited in time we will dive right in at 7:00 pm sharp tonight.

The anointing gets stronger each night, with each prayer. As I was spending time with the Lord this morning I have a few thoughts I feel led to share with you...

Why does our prayer move mountains?

"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven". Matthew 18:19

*Faith is more powerful than matter because the spirit world made the natural  world.

*Spirit controls matter. Greater authority rules over lesser authority. Your words have power when spoken by faith.

*As we pray and take our authority in Christ the threat is being moved. As we pray the virus is dying out and will not be the pandemic people expect it to be.

*By praying each night we are creating a spiritual network that is spreading through families, communities and nations. Like a rock being thrown across a pond there is a ripple effect.

* Important for us to pray Psalm 91 each day over our families (below).

*We must get our thoughts and our tongues in agreement with God.

*The devil wants to disrupt the economy of our nation. The church must not let the economy go down. Satan also wants to weaken the churches in America. The virus is subject to the spirit of faith. It will submit to faith.

*Take communion with your families and apply the blood.

This is the year 5780 on the Hebrew calendar. 80 is “peh” in Hebrew which means “mouth. This is the season WE as BELIEVERS are to be DECREEING and DECLARING God’s Word over our families, our nation and our world.

“We declare that the coronavirus will cease worldwide and that God will heal all of the afflicted.”

We look forward to praying with you tonight. Our sister Stacy Rank will lead us.

Love,

Sherry :-)

Psalm 91

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High

will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,

my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely he will save you

from the fowler’s snare

and from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover you with his feathers,

and under his wings you will find refuge;

his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of night,

nor the arrow that flies by day,

nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,

nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at your side,

ten thousand at your right hand,

but it will not come near you.

You will only observe with your eyes

and see the punishment of the wicked.

If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”

and you make the Most High your dwelling,

no harm will overtake you,

no disaster will come near your tent.

For he will command his angels concerning you

to guard you in all your ways;

they will lift you up in their hands,

so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

You will tread on the lion and the cobra;

you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;

I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

He will call on me, and I will answer him;

I will be with him in trouble,

I will deliver him and honor him.

With long life I will satisfy him

and show him my salvation.”
